Dr. Theodosia Adom is a public health and nutrition scientist with over a decade of experience in nutritional epidemiology, intervention studies, and evidence synthesis. She holds a PhD in Public Health, an MPhil in Nutrition, and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry and Nutrition. Her research spans maternal and child nutrition, non-communicable diseases, and food safety, with contributions to national policy and multi-country studies using nuclear techniques to inform evidence-based interventions. She has supervised postgraduate researchers and facilitated collaborations with universities, government agencies, and international research organisations

Dr. Shadrack Donkor is a biochemist with expertise in applied radiation biology, biological dosimetry, and natural product pharmacology. He holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and leads research on antioxidants, phytochemicals, and radiation safety. His work enhances public health protocols and promotes safe use of bioactive compounds.

Dr. Theresa Bebaaku Dery is a Senior Research Scientist specialising in medical physics. She holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Cape Coast, an MPhil in Medical Physics from the University of Ghana, and a BSc in Physics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Her research focuses on diagnostic radiology, radiotherapy dosimetry, and film dosimetry, using physics-based innovations to improve cancer diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Dery is also committed to mentoring students and young scientists to advance medical physics in Ghana and beyond. She also serves as a faculty member at the School of Nuclear and Allied Sciences, University of Ghana.

Dr. Adolf Kofi Awua is a Cancer Epidemiologist and Fellow of the U.S. National Cancer Institute, Fogarty Bioethics Program, and WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer. His work focuses on cancer prevention and education, with notable presentations at global forums including the WHO 50th Anniversary Global Cancer Conference. He mentors postgraduate students at the University of Ghana and lectures at the University of The Gambia.

Dr. Elom Seyram Achoribo is a molecular medicine scientist with a strong background in chemistry and radiochemistry. She holds a PhD in Molecular Medicine, an MPhil in Nuclear and Radiochemistry, and a BSc in Chemistry. Her research explores the anti-cancer properties of medicinal plants, the application of nuclear techniques in nutrition, and the molecular evaluation of bioactive compounds. She has led interdisciplinary studies on micronutrient deficiencies and cancer biology and plays a key role in scientific capacity building and collaborative public health research
